In order to meet the project requirements, Kehua Precision's R&D personnel optimized the product structure and adopted the following technical points:

1. The gearbox adopts 2-stage planetary gear transmission

2. The first-stage transmission adopts helical gears, which has high meshing degree, reduces noise, improves strength, and runs smoothly

3. The gear material adopts the combination of powder metallurgy and plastic to reduce cost and noise and improve reliability
